For over twenty years, the 410 West Huron facility has served the artistic, spiritual, and creative needs of our local community. This ADA accessible, two-story barn (aka the Yellow Barn) has a unique charm, and plenty of after-hours parking is available! With quick access to US-23/M-14 and I-94, this facility services customers throughout Southeast Michigan. This facility is leased in its entirety, and the tenant pays utilities.

Theatre NOVA is dedicated to raising awareness of the value and excitement of new plays and new playwrights, and providing resources and outlets for playwrights to develop their craft, by importing, exporting, and developing new plays and playwrights.
