All individual professional suites that are available for lease are located within the 416 W Huron building and include all utilities in the base rent for great value and cost certainty for our tenants. We provide professional cleaning services for all common areas and shared restrooms, as well as a free water dispenser in the main entrance off Huron Street. 24/7 coded door access allows clients to use their space at their convenience throughout the year. Exterior lighting over entrances and the illuminated parking lot provides a safe and secure walkway to and from each commercial building. Walkways and entrances are shoveled and salted during winter months for safety and ease of use.
404 and 410 W Huron buildings are leased in their entirety and tenants pay their own utilities. Visitor parking, which is provided throughout the parking lot for each facility, is available on a first come, first served basis. Handicap parking is also included for each facility.
West Huron Properties requires all applicants to submit a current credit report and a minimum of three professional references. Appropriate security deposit for the space being leased is due upon signing. All commercial leases are for one year and renewals are provided contingent upon the tenant remaining in good standing. West Huron Properties does not discriminate based on age, race, gender or religious preferences.
Automated monthly payment is provided by management for fast, secure and paperless processing for all our clients. Single lump sum payments are also available for those seeking an additional discount in leasing costs. Renewal requests are sent out 60 days prior to end of lease to insure continuity of service, and any openings are posted 30 days prior to availability.
