Theatre Nova’s presentation of RESISTING, by David Wells

Another smash from Theatre Nova!   Stepping into someone else shoes – can we really do it?  How does it feel to be racially profiled, accosted for standing up for your beliefs and your rights? If you haven’t actually experienced it can you truly understand?  RESISTING takes us into the darkness that some have to deal with on a daily basis.  If you missed  this this run, take advantage of seeing it should it come ’round again.  Thought provoking, vivid, emotional performances by all in RESISTING.  This performance left me saddened and shaking my head as I left the building, however, Tamika’s resilience/resolution was  inspirational.
