West Huron Properties requires all applicants to submit a current credit report and a minimum of three professional references. An appropriate security deposit for the space being leased is due upon signing. Our leases are one-year duration, and renewals are provided contingent upon the tenant remaining in good standing. The automated monthly payment is provided by management for fast, secure, and paperless processing for all our clients. Single lump-sum payments are also available for those seeking an additional discount in leasing expenses. Renewal requests are sent out 60 days before the end of the lease to ensure continuity of service, and any openings are posted 30 days before availability.
