Our properties offer 75 parking spaces, including handicap, customer parking, and permitted parking. Our parking lot provides customers ample access to all our facilities and within walking distance to downtown Ann Arbor. The lot is regularly monitored to ensure permit parking is available from 7 a.m to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Customer parking areas, open on a first-come, first-served basis, are also provided for our tenants’ customers and are found throughout the parking lot. Customer parking is limited to a 2-hour maximum to ensure sufficient spaces are available throughout the day. The lot is illuminated for safe and secure visibility for those staying late. The property offers video surveillance for increased security covering most of the parking lot.

Overnight parking is not permitted as snow plowing or snow removal is completed during off-hours. Walkways and entrances are shoveled and salted all winter to ensure safe passage from the parking lot to our facilities or public sidewalks. 

Our parking leases are month to month and there is a “bulk rate” available for off site companies leasing 5 or more spaces.
