Mota Thai Yoga has worked relentlessly to modify the studio to meet all CDC recommended guidelines to keep students safe.  Below are some of the changes you can expect when attending class.

Mota Thai Yoga has installed “yoga pods.”

These yoga pods are divided by curtains on two sides to separate each student.
Within each pod, students will keep their belongings with them.  (Cubbies in the back are no longer available.)

Each pod is equipped with mat spray and a spray for the curtains.
Hand sanitizer is located in various locations throughout the studio.
Weather permitting, outdoor classes have been offered as well.
Some of our class changes:
Students must pre-register for classes on Mindbody or on MTY’s website.
Class sizes are smaller (limited to 12 students) to make sure that people can physically distance during class.
Students and teachers must wear masks at all times in the studio (before, during, and after class).

The studio has access to an Ozone Machine (Airthereal MA10K-Pro Generator)  to clean the air in the studio.

The doors to the studio are regularly opened and fans turned on to allow fresh air to enter and circulate.
The studio has a HEPA Air Purifier with UV light filtration.
There are both hand sanitizer and cleaning wipes available throughout the studio for student and teacher use.

When coming to yoga classes, students should bring:
A mask (masks are required at all times in the yoga studio)
A yoga mat (mat rental is not available at this time)
Other optional items for class such as water bottle, towel, and/or props
Students should try to leave other items at home/in the car.  Personal items brought in the studio can be stored inside each individual “yoga pod.”
